Quality Assurance Guidelines |
Indexed traffic partner
specific
The guidelines set forth are
specific to both indexed traffic partners. All sites
must meet the criteria described, and adhere to these
Quality Assurance Guidelines to remain indexed and an
active traffic partner with PinkFolder.
Prior to site submission, you must take care
of linking back to PinkFolder.com. Link backs must be
present on EVERY page of your site - as PinkFolder's
search spider will index all of your content webpages.
This can be done two(2) ways:
-
You can select a banner
and place it anywhere on your pages, top or bottom -
doesn't matter, but it has to be within your normal
page area. Banners MUST be accompanied by
hyperlinked anchor text "PinkFolder Search" Banner
AND anchor text should link directly to
http://www.pinkfolder.com. Be sure to download the
banner and host it on your server. Bandwidth
leechers will not gain partnership.
-
Alternatively to banner
linking, It is acceptable to Link back to PinkFolder
with a text link only, providing it is ABOVE PAGE
FOLD on all pages it is present. Above fold simply
means that it will be placed in a top position which
the majority screen size of viewers do NOT have to
scroll a page to see. Anchor text must be exactly
"PinkFolder Adult Search" linked to
http://www.pinkfolder.com
Don't play games with the
link back - it will only hurt all partners including
yourself. Our banners and text links are VERY specific
and non-misleading. Remember, PinkFolder can't deliver
quality results if we mislead the incoming traffic.
IMPORTANT: To protect the value of our
network's traffic, it has become important to us to ban
and or otherwise not allow partnerships with sites that
practice the following:
-
The direct promotion or
affiliation of adware type / related products. ANY
service that offers free content or otherwise in
exchange for a user downloading an installable ad
serving agent.
-
The indirect promotion
of the above. This includes 3rd party affiliation
with CPM, PPC or other programs or outright sold ad
inventory present on your site that will directly
lead to adware distribution.
-
Your traffic trade
partners who may be involved in the allowance of the
above activity and are not able to become PinkFolder
partners DOES NOT necessarily mean that your site
will not qualify. We will carefully access other
quality items of your site. If we feel that more
than 50% of your site's traffic comes from traffic
partners of yours that are "adware rich" your site
will not qualify for partnership.
-
Your indexed pages must
CLEAN, and by this clause it simply means that if
you have popups, keep it limited to TWO(2) and make
sure the are viewer closable, not deceptive - AND
that it in no way effects the other browser windows.
Also, NO downloads of any kind - or download
prompts.
-
All content pages in
which is indexed must be legal in the United States
for display.
-
You must be the
controller of the domain you submit for partnership
- no submission of your affiliate links.
-
You may submit as many
of YOUR sites as your wish for inclusion.
-
You will not attempt to
"trick" the search ranking algorithm, attempt to
submit mass doorway linking pages or other practices
to boost ranking - EVER EVER EVER, you'll just be
banned for life.
The Above Guidelines are
just guideline criteria for inclusion, We will look at
standard variables not disclosed to make a final
partnership decision. Allow 24-48hrs for indexed
inclusion, If we deny inclusion we will make our best
effort to locate an email address on your site and let
you know why.
Inclusion partnership with
PinkFolder is "at will" and you agree to this when you
place the link backs to PinkFolder. We can deny
partnership for ANY reason WE feel fit - no exceptions.
We're not responsible for downtime, loss of traffic or
other - ever. Partnerships will last as long as both
parties maintain it per guidelines. Either partner can
"call it quits" at any time - with or without prior
notice. "Partners" as the term is used on various pages
of PinkFolder does not represent a financial
relationship what-so-ever.

Additional Quality
guidelines for PF affiliates.
The following guidelines are
specific to affiliated PinkFolder ad publishers and are
to be followed in addition to the Quality Assurance
Guidelines set forth for standard indexed partners. Link
back is not required unless you are an indexed partner
as well.
The following additions are
intended to maintain the quality / value integrity of
the PinkFolder advertising program. The better our
advertisers ROI is, the more our publishers will make as
a result.
-
Placement of ad
creatives must be on pages that are composed of
actual content. (an organic mix of useful viewer
material) Placement of ad creatives on pages that
contain only a picture or a video is prohibited.
-
ANY placement of ad
creatives placed near pictures or text that may
confuse a viewer or "trick" a viewer into clicking
an ad is strictly prohibited and will result in
forfeiture of all earned funds and a refund to the
advertiser(s) You'll probably also be canceled from
the program.
-
No alteration of code
may be done unless pre-authorized.
-
No incentives
what-so-ever may be used to increase clickthroughs -
And you may not click or hire anyone to click or
mechanically in anyway click ads.
-
PinkFolder may ask that
ad creatives be removed from certain pages for
quality / value reasons. Usually this only happens
if a website owner is giving away too much content
on a page. Giving away too much dilutes advertising
value to advertisers in a great way. Keeping videos
of the adult nature "conservative" and of length no
more than 2 minutes is usually fine.
This is not a terms of
service. The full affiliate / publisher terms of service
page is available for review upon your invitation and is
subject to your approval prior to your commitment to
affiliation.
