PinkFolder's Privacy Policy Overview:
This statement applies to products and services
within PinkFolder.com web pages and WhackedMedia.com
(referred to as "PinkFolder Services"), Members
(referred to as "Members"), Clients (referred to as
"Clients") and Unregistered Guests (referred to as
Visitors).
PinkFolder collects personal information from
Members, Clients and Visitors which is provided
voluntarily as required or requested when
registering for PinkFolder Services. The information
collected is used to cater relevant PinkFolder
Services, or services of a third party in the form

Answer:
NO. PinkFolder does not sell, share or otherwise
distribute your personal information. All collected
information, including email addresses and IP
locations, are held in strict confidence within
PinkFolder's data facilities, both in-house and at
third party facilities.

Does / Will PinkFolder harbor illegal activity
within the PinkFolder Network?
Answer:
NO, Administration constantly monitors not only
incoming website submissions to the network, but
also user activity and surfing habits to assure that
users don't create search patterns for illegal
content. When it is determined that a user or
contributor is a liability to PinkFolder in this
way, that user's non-personal information will be
submitted to that user's ISP for further review.

Does PinkFolder send emails?
Answer:
YES, PinkFolder on occasion sends a newsletter or
relevant promotions of PinkFolder services and or
special third party offers to Registered users of
services. Users may opt out of newsletters from the

PinkFolder terms of service & general disclaimer

PinkFolder.com provides adults with an online venue
of adult entertainment.
The content within
conforms to laws within the United States of
America.
Members must be at least 18 years of age (in some
areas, 21). If you are not at least 18 years of age
- you must leave PinkFolder.com immediately.
It must be legal by ordinance in your area to view /
electronically access sexually explicit,
adult-oriented content on the internet. If it is
not, you are not permitted to use PinkFolder's
Services.
If sexually explicit visual content may offend you,
you should also leave now.
Members agree that signing up for a PinkFolder.com
members only access area is service AT-WILL.
Members agree to not distribute content from within
members area on ANY venue.
Members agree that the owner(s) of PinkFolder.com,
its sponsors, its advertisers, members and
affiliates are not responsible for ANY losses,
direct or indirect, of ANY KIND - EVER, as a result
of using any part of the PinkFolder.com service(s)
and or as a result of ANY other occurrence that
could happen.
Members agree not to share their usernames and
passwords with anyone.
Members acknowledge that sharing of their
username/pass will result in immediate and automatic
account suspension and possible lifetime access
termination.
PinkFolder will, to the best of its ability, keep
all network uptime as near to 100% as possible. From
time to time, however, the network, and/or parts of
the network, may be down or otherwise offline for
maintenance - with or without prior notice.
Memberships may be canceled by Members or PinkFolder
Administration at any time, for any reason.
Members are responsible for all recurring bill
payments, regardless of account usage.
V.I.P. Access Plus! and
Elite V.I.P. Members agree that compensation for any
liability and or quit of Services by either party
shall not exceed the cost of that Member's one month
Subscription fee, not to exceed $24.95.
